Building Contract Framework Agreement

They can encourage new suppliers to participate and allow buyers to see a larger section of the marketplace and do business. Don`t get confused, a framework contract is not a contract.

At the end of the contracting process, the winning bidder agrees to take over the supplies, works or services requested by the Authority. At the end of the process of purchasing a framework agreement, successful suppliers earn a place in the framework agreement with no guarantee of future work.
